![]() ![]() Up next, everyone's favorite boss (at least MY favorite boss). I figured Evasion represented dodging in this fashion, so I opted for this Evasion negating ability. While playing EtG, I've noticed that dodging, although good for one bullet or two, is terrible when it comes to steady streams because it leaves you vulnerable. One of the things you might notice is "Bullet Hell Yes" ability, which negates the use of the opposing Evasion. The Gull really only did this whenever you got close, so I decided to make it a reactionary attack. Due to the fact that EtG works on hearts, where every hit either took off half a heart or a full heart (rare, mostly with cursed or "jammed" enemies), I needed to take some liberties on how powerful the attack was. If you dared try to get up-close and personal with this Gull, you'll get a melee attack. I decided to emulate this with a cone effect for its gatling. The Gatling Gull is a monster that uses its Gatling Gun in order to fire a steady stream of bullets at the player, moving forward in order to corner them and make evading harder. ![]() Starting off with a terrifying sight for new players, the Gatling Gull was my first ever boss and has remained one of my close favorites. ![]() At the very least, your corpse will be able to kill the many gulls that will feast upon it." My advice? If you plan on stealing a weapon, coat yourself in poison. Its signature weapon, the Gatling Gun, can reduce even the nimblest of thieves to a mess of blood. "Adventurers are warned to stay away from large, empty nests, no matter how many weapons are stashed in it, for the Gull is a strange yet vengeful creature with a rage so powerful, it could level a mountain. ![]()
